If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll gladly issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain pet products are final sale.
Please note: We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing (unless noted), or normal wear and tear.
